Please review the following terms carefully before using the Super Community platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are designed to protect both you and our community.
1. Acceptance of Terms and General Provisions
By accessing, creating an account on, browsing, or otherwise using the Super Community platform ("Platform"), including but not limited to all educational services, community features, automated learning tools, digital content, referral systems, and any associated mobile or web-based applications provided herein and hereinafter, you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Member", "you", or "your") acknowledge and expressly agree that you have read, carefully reviewed, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"), together with any supplementary policies, guidelines, rules, or amendments that may be published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, whether in whole or in part, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform and all associated services. The Platform, its parent organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, and service providers (collectively "Super Community", "we", "us", or "our") reserve the right to update, amend, supplement, revise, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and at our discretion. Any such modifications shall become effective upon posting on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any changes, updates, or modifications. The headings and subheadings used in these Terms are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation, construction, or meaning of any provision contained herein. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Community with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, negotiations, understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
2. Nature of Platform & Educational Disclaimer
THE SUPER COMMUNITY PLATFORM IS AN EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE USERS WITH LEARNING RESOURCES, AUTOMATED TOOLS, AND A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DIGITAL LITERACY. THE PLATFORM IS NOT AN INVESTMENT SCHEME, SECURITIES OFFERING, FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICE, BROKER, DEALER, EXCHANGE, INVESTMENT MANAGER, OR MONEY MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF ANY KIND. ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, DATA, PROJECTIONS, ILLUSTRATIONS, EXAMPLES, SIMULATIONS, AND AUTOMATED OUTPUTS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, GUARANTEED RETURNS, PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING, OR ANY FORM OF SOLICITATION TO BUY, SELL, HOLD, OR OTHERWISE TRANSACT IN ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, DIGITAL ASSET, CRYPTOCURRENCY, SECURITY, COMMODITY, OR DERIVATIVE. SUPER COMMUNITY CREDITS (SC) ARE DIGITAL REWARD POINTS USED EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE PLATFORM ECOSYSTEM FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, FEATURE ACCESS, AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION. SC CREDITS HOLD NO MONETARY VALUE OUTSIDE OF THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, RESULTS, EARNINGS, OR EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS. ALL PROJECTED RATES AND PERCENTAGES ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON HISTORICAL DATA AND MAY VARY SIGNIFICANTLY. USERS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE PLATFORM'S SERVICES AND FEATURES IS ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY AND AT THE USER'S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. PAST EDUCATIONAL DEMONSTRATIONS, PROJECTIONS, OR SIMULATED RESULTS ARE NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE AND SHALL NOT BE RELIED UPON AS SUCH.
3. Platform Services, Features, and Community Programs
The Platform provides access to a range of educational services and community features, including but not limited to: (a) automated learning tools and bots ("Educational Bots") designed to demonstrate and simulate digital strategies and methodologies for educational purposes; (b) community forums, chat features, and social networking capabilities that enable Members to interact, share knowledge, exchange ideas, and collaborate on educational topics; (c) tiered membership programs that grant access to different levels of educational content, tools, features, and community benefits based on the Member's subscription level and engagement; (d) referral and community growth programs that incentivize Members to invite and mentor new participants into the learning community; (e) digital reward systems, including but not limited to Super Community Credits ("SC"), loyalty points, badges, achievements, and other virtual tokens that are used exclusively within the Platform ecosystem for educational purposes, feature access, and community participation. The Platform reserves the right to modify, update, enhance, suspend, limit, or discontinue any service, feature, tool, bot tier, educational module, reward program, or any component of the Platform at any time and for any reason, in the interest of platform improvement, community safety, or regulatory compliance. Users acknowledge that the availability, performance, functionality, and specifications of any service or feature may change over time. Users shall not use the Platform or any of its services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws, regulations, rules, or ordinances.
4. User Registration, Account Security, and Member Obligations
To access certain features and services of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account ("Account") by providing accurate, current, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is and shall remain accurate, current, and complete. You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. You agree to take all reasonable and necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and to immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach or suspected breach of security. The Platform implements commercially reasonable security measures to protect your account but cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of unauthorized access. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities, transactions, communications, and actions that occur under your Account. The creation, maintenance, or use of multiple Accounts by a single individual, household, or entity is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse registration, suspend access, restrict functionality, or terminate any Account that it reasonably believes has violated these Terms or engaged in activity harmful to the community, with or without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Good-Faith Commitment
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM, ITS PARENT ORGANIZATION, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY ERRORS, BUGS, DOWNTIME, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OR COMMUNICATIONS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY; (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR DATA OR ACCOUNT; (E) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. HOWEVER, THE PLATFORM COMMITS TO OPERATING IN GOOD FAITH, MAINTAINING TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION WITH USERS, IMPLEMENTING REASONABLE SECURITY MEASURES, AND RESOLVING DISPUTES THROUGH FAIR AND REASONABLE PROCESSES. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
6. Data Privacy, Your Rights, and Information Protection
The Platform collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations for Users located in the Philippines, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Users located in the European Union or European Economic Area, and other applicable national and local privacy laws and regulations. By creating an Account, accessing, or using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein and in our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for: (a) account management and identity verification, (b) Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, (c) platform improvement and service optimization, (d) communication regarding your account and platform updates, and (e) regulatory and legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may only be disclosed to: (a) authorized verification service providers under strict confidentiality agreements, or (b) regulatory authorities when required by law. The Platform implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security. You have the right to: (a) access your personal data held by the Platform, (b) request corrections to inaccurate data, (c) object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances, and (d) request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements). 7. Transactions, Service Fees, and Refund Policy
All transactions conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to membership activations, subscription purchases, educational bot deployments, service activations, credit purchases, top-up transactions, and feature upgrades, are processed immediately and are generally non-refundable once confirmed by the Platform. Once an educational bot is deployed, a subscription is activated, credits are purchased, or a service is rendered, the associated Super Community Credits (SC) or other forms of payment are allocated to operational and educational infrastructure costs necessary for the continued operation and improvement of the Platform. All applicable service fees and net amounts are transparently displayed to the User before each transaction confirmation. The Platform may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances, but shall have no obligation to grant any such exceptions. Users confirm that funds used for any transaction are legally obtained and that they are fully authorized to make such purchases.
8. Deposits, Top-ups, and Withdrawals
By proceeding with any top-up or deposit on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full. You understand that all fiat and cryptocurrency deposits are converted into Super Community (SC) credits exclusively for use within the Platform's ecosystem. SC credits are digital reward points and hold no monetary value outside of the Platform. By proceeding with any withdrawal, you authorize the Platform to verify your identity through Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, selfie, and verification photo. This verification process is conducted solely for: (a) confirming your identity and account ownership, (b) preventing unauthorized access and fraudulent transactions, (c) complying with applicable KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and (d) protecting both your account and the wider community. Your submitted documents are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols and retained only for the duration required by applicable law. Withdrawal requests are subject to administrative review, applicable service fees, and cooldown periods. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of receiving account details, wallet addresses, or QR codes. The Platform is not liable for funds directed to incorrect destinations due to information provided in error by the User.
9. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Ownership
All content, materials, software, code, algorithms, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, text, data compilations, and any other intellectual property or proprietary materials displayed on, contained in, or made available through the Platform are the exclusive property of Super Community or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in the termination of your Account and potential legal action.
10. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) calendar days of the date on which one party notifies the other in writing of the nature of the dispute. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by an arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and shall take place in the Republic of the Philippines. The arbitrator's award shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. This dispute resolution process is designed to provide a fair, efficient, and cost-effective mechanism for resolving disagreements that protects the interests of both parties equally.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions, Force Majeure, and Severability
The Platform shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, wars, civil unrest, terrorism, sanctions, strikes, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or any other similar force majeure events. During any such period, the Platform's obligations shall be suspended, and the Platform shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. If any term or provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. The Platform's failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right. Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of the Platform.
By continuing to use the Super Community Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by all of the foregoing Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
